By creating a Greply account you agree to these terms. Greply finds public conversations relevant to your niche across Reddit, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups you choose to monitor, drafts replies in your voice, repurposes your content, and reports on your growth.

Greply is operated from the United Kingdom and is offered to users in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other supported regions. Greply does not currently provision or grant new product access to people located in the European Union or European Economic Area. Public pages remain available, and EU/EEA visitors can request a single regional-availability notification through our waitlist. Accounts with product access from before this restriction continue to work. You may not use the service by misrepresenting your location.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

• Use Greply to join conversations where you add genuine value — not to spam.
• You must follow each platform's own terms and community rules when you post. Greply opens the post and copies your draft; you publish it.
• No harassment, deception, bulk-automated posting, or attempts to evade platform rate limits or bans.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm the communities it works with.

Drafts are suggestions, not statements of fact. Review every draft before posting — you are solely responsible for the content you publish. We do not guarantee any particular growth outcome, follower count, or engagement result.

You own the content you create and provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (finding opportunities, drafting in your voice, generating reports). We own the Greply software, brand, and service. Greply is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Meta, X Corp, or LinkedIn.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; if the changes are material we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in this section removes mandatory rights or protections that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
