Greply ("we", "us") helps creators find public conversations worth joining and draft replies in their own voice. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions any time: hello@greply.pro.

• Account information — your name and email, handled by our authentication provider.
• Regional waitlist information — the email address you submit when asking us to notify you that Greply has opened in your region.
• Content you give us — your niche description, keywords, writing samples used for voice training, any social handles you connect for growth analytics, and source content you paste into the Repurposer.
• Billing details — processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data — which features you use and basic device information, to improve the product.

• To provide and secure Greply when you create and use an account.
• To send the single regional-availability notification you request through the waitlist.
• To operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service where our legitimate interests do not override your rights.
• To meet legal obligations and protect Greply, its users, and public communities from abuse.

For the regional waitlist, your request to be notified is the basis on which we store and use your email. You can withdraw that request at any time by emailing us.

To find opportunities, Greply searches supported public communities and lets you import public posts from platforms such as Reddit, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We store the post text, public author information, source URL, and relevance score in your workspace. Search-discovered posts are short-lived by design and are automatically removed from active radars within hours. That content remains the property of its authors and source platforms. We do not collect private messages or non-public content, and we do not sell this data.

If you are the author of a public post that appears in Greply and you would like it removed, email us at hello@greply.pro and we will remove it and, where feasible, suppress it from future results. Because search-discovered posts expire automatically within hours, most content clears on its own.

Reply drafts and content suggestions may be generated by an AI text-generation provider. The relevant public post, your offer, and the writing examples you provide are sent to the model only when a draft is generated. Your writing samples are used only to draft content for your account and are not shared with other Greply customers. If AI generation is unavailable, Greply creates a local rule-based smart draft.

We share data only with service providers that operate the product on our behalf, and only as needed to run it. These fall into the following categories:

• Authentication and account management
• Payment processing
• Application hosting and database
• AI text generation
• Public social data providers (to search for and retrieve public posts)
• Email delivery (for product notifications you opt into)

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. A current list of the specific providers in each category is available on request by emailing us.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Public posts discovered by search expire from active radars automatically within hours. Email us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Regional waitlist emails are deleted after the requested availability notification is sent, when you ask us to remove yours, or after 24 months without a regional launch or renewed request, whichever comes first.

We use only essential cookies: keeping you signed in and remembering preferences like your dashboard theme. No third-party advertising cookies.

Greply is operated from the United Kingdom and is offered in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other supported regions. New product access is not currently available to people located in the EU/EEA. EU/EEA visitors may browse the public website and expressly request one regional-availability notification through the waitlist.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards for those transfers.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@greply.pro. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
